Return Policy
We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for a return. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of any damaged products. This video will serve as evidence for your return request.
Filing for Return: File for a return within 2 days of receiving the product. Include the unboxing video and a detailed description of the damage.
Processing the Replacement: Once your return request is approved, we will process and send a new product to you within 2-3 working days.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our products under normal circumstances. Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product and provide a video proof of the unboxing showing the damage, we will process your refund within 72 hours.
Please note that all refunds are subject to verification of the provided proof. If your claim is validated, the refund will be processed promptly. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
